As a Researcher at Parth, you will have the opportunity to conduct end-to-end research using a variety of methodologies, allowing us gain clarity in our understanding of our wide diversity of users, their needs and the possibilities it uncovers for our products.

Ideal candidate can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of a range of user research methods, and a deep understanding of modern trends in cross-platform UX design.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research at different parts of the product development process, from discovery to delivery.
• Work with key stakeholders including designers and product managers to identify objectives, goals, timelines and research execution plan.
• Participate in planning and facilitation, analysis and reporting on various research initiatives.
• Oversee delivered designs, track performance and leverage insights to detect gaps.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis.

Must Haves

• Know how to strategize, analyze and conduct high-end user experience research using multiple methodologies.
• Should have a deeper understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
• Are ambitious, meticulous, and have the capacity to work on multiple projects at a time.
• You're also good at summarizing your findings, presenting insightful decks, both on paper and verbally.
• Empathy driven; Both towards customers & teammates.
  

Cherry on the cake

• Understand basics of software development life cycle.
• Have experience working in a B2C agile environment.
• Curious & self-driven.
