Engage, motivate, and convert. Much of this role is focused on managing digital marketing channels and tools. Our team has a big market to cover and we're seeking digital marketer that drive conversions while having a creative flair.

Join our Marketing & Growth (MATH) team to create, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, be it search, or display. You have hand-on experience on Facebook and Google Platforms in performance marketing, at an agency or brand.

You'll work closely with Creative Resources team (CROSS) to gather assets for marketing campaigns, managing rounds of revisions, and hitting deadlines. We need someone who's communicative, and process-oriented.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, measure and report performance of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Google Adwords – Drive traffic & commerce from web page visitors using google channels.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth & brand awareness campaigns.
• Work as a pivot with stakeholders including strategists, designers and writers to identify objectives, goals, timelines and execution plan.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis.

Must Haves

• Worked with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google search console, Google Data studio, Hotjar, SEMRUSH, etc.
• Have managed budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, motivate and convert.
• Critical thinking ability – You're also good at summarizing your findings, presenting insightful decks, both on paper and verbally.
• An ability to dig into data, derive insights, and focus on the big picture.
